Learn and Lead Education Center offers faculty development workshops designed for healthcare educators.

Our programs focus on strengthening teaching competencies through interactive learning and practical experience.

Key programs include:

• Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Workshop  

Training on designing and facilitating problem-based learning sessions in healthcare education.

• Interprofessional Education (IPE) Introductory Workshop  

An 8-hour workshop introducing the principles and core concepts of interprofessional education.

• Interprofessional Education (IPE) Advanced Workshop  

An intensive workshop focused on designing interprofessional learning activities and simulation-based educational scenarios.

• Simulation-Based Education  

Training on designing and facilitating simulation-based learning experiences for healthcare education.

Our workshops are typically conducted as intensive one-day programs (approximately 8 hours) that combine lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities.

Participants in our programs include nursing faculty members and healthcare educators from universities and healthcare institutions.
