Learn & Lead Education Center supports international collaboration in health professions education through faculty development, curriculum and program design, training, consultation, and capacity building.

Our approach focuses on understanding local needs, strengthening the capabilities of educators and institutions, and supporting the application of learning in real educational and healthcare settings.

How We Collaborate

01. Needs Assessment
We identify the educational goals, institutional context, participant characteristics, and local needs.

02. Program Design
We develop learning objectives, content, teaching strategies, and learning activities tailored to the local context.

03. Training & Implementation
Programs may be delivered through invited training, in-country workshops, faculty development, simulation, or other collaborative formats.

04. Application & Follow-up
We support participants in applying what they have learned to their institutions and professional practice.

05. Evaluation & Continued Partnership
We review outcomes and explore opportunities for continued educational and institutional collaboration.

International Experience

Learn & Lead’s international collaboration is informed by the accumulated experience of its director and participating experts in global health and health professions education.

Some of these experiences were gained before the establishment of Learn & Lead Education Center, while working with or participating in international cooperation projects through other institutions.
