The IPE Implementation & Leadership Institute is designed for healthcare educators who wish to implement interprofessional education (IPE) within their institutions.
This program supports participants in developing practical strategies for introducing and expanding interprofessional learning in their educational settings.
Participants work collaboratively to analyze their institutional context, identify potential partners, and design an implementation plan for interprofessional education.
The Institute also aims to build a network of educators who are committed to advancing interprofessional education in healthcare education.
Through this program, participants develop leadership capacity to initiate and sustain interprofessional education initiatives within their institutions.
The program is intended for faculty members and healthcare educators who are interested in leading interprofessional education initiatives in their institutions.
The Institute is delivered through interactive workshops, collaborative planning sessions, and structured feedback from facilitators.
Participants are encouraged to develop an implementation plan that can be applied in their own institutions.
The first cohort of the Institute is planned for 2026.
