Director

Director: Dr. Myoung Ran Yoo 

Dr. Myoung Ran Yoo is the director of the Learn and Lead Education Center in Daegu, Republic of Korea.

She holds a PhD in Nursing from Yonsei University and has extensive experience in nursing education, disaster nursing, and faculty development.

Dr. Yoo  previously served as a professor at the Armed Forces Nursing Academy and later held several academic leadership positions, including Dean of the College of Nursing and Director of university innovation programs.

She is also an ETS instructor trained at Linköping University in Sweden and currently serves as the director of the Korea International Health and Safety Education Institute.

Her work focuses on faculty development in health professions education, particularly in interprofessional education (IPE), simulation-based learning, and problem-based learning (PBL).

She currently leads faculty development workshops for healthcare educators in Korea, including programs in interprofessional education (IPE).
